Real Life Lessons Discusses the Importance of Personal Balance and Wellness On Alexander Haig’s World Business Review TV Series

September 2003, Boca Raton, FL: Multi-Media Productions (USA), Inc. announces the appearance of Real Life Lessons®, LLC on World Business Review, hosted by General Alexander Haig.

The segment will focus on ways in which executives can achieve personal and professional balance and wellness.

“Today, executives are feeling more pressured than ever and wanting to find meaning in their lives. The need to balance work and family only compounds this challenging crusade for balance and wellness. We selected Real Life Lessons for this segment because of Founder Debbie Gisonni’s personal journey from tragedy to triumph, and her mission to help other executives on the fast track smell the roses along the way,” said Associate Producer Jane Henry.

World Business Review heads to the home of Susan D’Elia, President of D’Elia + Company, a home where a mother of 5 is running a successful communications business, thanks in large part to personal wellness and business consulting.

“Our company was at a critical juncture in which our original business model was no longer sustainable in the volatile technology sector. We needed to re-think our entire internal structure and revenue stream relative to market needs, objectives and expertise. Gisonni hit the ground running by first assessing the personal and professional goals of all management and employees and then aligning them meticulously to business strategy. Gisonni’s approach became the catalyst for quickly moving the company from a service-oriented model to a product-oriented model, giving us a unique position and competitive advantage in the communications field,” said D’Elia.

“Corporate success is dependent upon, what I call, corporate wellness. Corporate wellness is dependent upon personal wellness, because what do companies consist of? People,” said Gisonni.
